The center is delighted to announce an upcoming workshop held in Hefei on January 6, 2018. It is organized by International Center for Quantum Design of Functional Materials (ICQD), USTC. This workshop brings together a small but highly significant group of selected leaders to report on their latest research, and to exchange thoughts and ideas on ongoing challenges and future directions. Invited speakers include theorists and experimentalists, with a common interest in two-dimensional materials. Prof. Zhenyu Zhang from USTC and Prof. Harold Zandvliet from University of Twente, The Netherlands are the workshop co-chairs.
